ORA-3113's, 600's, and 7445's Oh My!

Presented by Anita M. Bardeen

These three errors strike terror into the hearts of even experienced DBA's. This presentation is designed to give you a basic understanding of these errors, how to troubleshoot them, and how to effectively work with Oracle Support on these issues.

Anita has been in the IT field since 1985. She owned and operated her own company, Advanced Training Concepts, Inc. for ten years providing computer training and consulting in the Central Florida area before joining Oracle in 1997. Anita started with the group supporting the databases on NT and Netware, moved on to supporting the database on Unix, and then joined the Extended Business Critical group providing off-hours support where she worked predominantly on severity one and escalated issues.
